Bhavya Mohan joins Argus Partners as a Partner

Dual-qualified to practice law in India and New York, she was working with Arista Chambers

Bhavya Mohan has joined Argus Partners as a Partner in the firm's Dispute Resolution practice in Bangalore.

Mohan has over 10 years of experience in the field of commercial dispute resolution. She has advised private clients, public sector enterprises and multinational corporations in a range of sectors including manufacturing, retail, infrastructure, banking, technology, real estate, and private equity.

She has represented clients in domestic and international arbitration (both ad-hoc and institutional), including under the rules of arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). She also has significant experience in advising clients in regulatory investigations.

Having graduated from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, in 2010, she received her LL.M. degree from Columbia Law School, New York, as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar in 2013.

She has worked with AZB & Partners in Mumbai and Bangalore offices, the erstwhile Amarchand Mangaldas in Mumbai and Arista Chambers in Bangalore.
