Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Advised International Finance Corporation on the IPO of Nephrocare Health Services Limited

The leading law firm Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised International Finance Corporation (IFC) in relation to the initial public offering (IPO) of equity shares by Nephrocare Health Services Limited, aggregating to INR 8,710.48 million.

The Offer comprised a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating to INR 3,534.05 million and an offer for sale by selling shareholders aggregating to INR 5,176.43 million. IFC offered 3,089,663 equity shares in the offer for sale, aggregating to INR 1,421.24 million. The equity shares were listed on the stock exchanges on December 17, 2025.
