Digant Popat has joined Khaitan & Co as a Partner within the Dispute Resolution practice at the firm's Ahmedabad office.
Digant, a graduate of Gujarat University in 2006, brings with him a wealth of experience spanning 18 years in litigation. His expertise lies in various realms of law, including commercial, civil, and criminal laws. Additionally, he holds specialized knowledge in areas such as electricity and land laws, contracts, tenders, public trust, education, projects and infrastructure, as well as recovery proceedings.
