Ex-Saraf and Partners Partner Akshay Jain Joins Zomato Legal Team

Akshay Jain, previously a Partner at Saraf and Partners, has moved in-house to join the legal team at Zomato. He will be part of the legal team headed by Damini Bhalla.

A 2012 graduate of Symbiosis Law School, Jain brings over 13 years of experience in M&A, Private Equity, and Corporate Advisory. His expertise spans LBOs, MBOs, strategic acquisitions, financial and strategic investments, and advisory on General Corporate, Structuring, and Employment matters.

Prior to his tenure at Saraf and Partners, Jain was also associated with Luthra and Luthra Law Offices.
