Fox Mandal & Associates has announced the elevation of Dipti Das and VC Mathews to a partnership. It has also onboarded Vivek Jha as a partner in the corporate practice in Delhi.

While Das heads the firm's dispute resolution practice in Mumbai, Mathews heads the firm's IPR practice in Delhi.

Das has over two decades of experience in representing clients in multiple courts and tribunals in Maharashtra and other regions. She has led contentious matters ranging from arbitration proceedings to civil litigation, insolvency and corporate proceedings at the National Company Law Tribunal and criminal defence matters.

Mathews aptly manages various facets of intellectual property, including trademarks, copyrights, and designs. His expertise extends from guiding organizations through intricate clearance searches to facilitating registrations and enforcement processes.

Jha’s expertise lies in advising corporations, investors, and entities across industries. His experience showcases a comprehensive range of advisory assignments and transactions, including venture debt fundraisings, offshore fund investments, acquisitions, joint ventures and legal due diligence.

He has worked with several law firms including Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, Vertices Partners, Desai & Diwanji, Khaitan & Co, Vaish Associates Advocates, and Luthra & Luthra Law Offices.
