Infinia Technologies has appointed Ankita Singh Malhotra as Chief Legal Officer, strengthening the company’s legal and compliance leadership across its operations.
Malhotra, a 2013 graduate of Symbiosis Law School, Pune, brings extensive experience in corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, Series A, B & C fundraisings, restructuring, finance and facility agreements, data privacy, and day-to-day corporate governance. She also has significant expertise managing litigation across the UAE, UK, US, India, and the MENA region.
Prior to joining Infinia Technologies, Malhotra served as Group Director Legal at Sirius International Holding and has held senior legal positions at Ship Law Sea FZ LLE, the ENTERTAINER, Mumzworld.com, Media.net, Landmark Group, PharmEasy, JSW Energy Ltd, and Aditya Birla Group, contributing to corporate governance, regulatory compliance, cross-border transactions, and high-value fundraisings.
She also possesses specialized training in legal technology, innovation, and digital transformation, having completed a globally recognized certificate from the Legal Technology and Innovation Institute (LTIC), covering AI, blockchain, smart contracts, legal chatbots, digital forensics, contract automation, and e-discovery.
