Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas has welcomed back corporate practitioner Jeeta Nayak as a partner in Mumbai. The number of partners at the firm’s office in the city has now reached 74.
Having over 14 years of experience, Nayak advises private equity investors, promoter groups and companies in pharmaceuticals and healthcare, financial services, insurance, e-commerce, construction and development, infrastructure and power on cross-border investments, divestments and exits, including M&A and PE deals.
She has previously worked with the legacy firm Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff & Co and later at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. In 2021, Nayak joined Samvad Partners.
