L&T Finance has announced the appointment of Aparna Rawat as the Company’s Chief Legal Officer (CLO).
A Delhi University (2005) alumna, Rawat brings nearly two decades of experience across the banking and financial services sector, with deep expertise in deal structuring, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, stressed asset resolution, dispute management, and financial regulatory matters.
Over her nine-year tenure at L&T Finance, Rawat has led several key legal verticals, including Infrastructure Finance, Real Estate Financing, Stressed Situations Group, and Group Functions & Wholesale, playing a strategic role in embedding legal governance within the company’s business operations.
