Mark Stevens joins Deacons as Partner in Hong Kong

He was a corporate specialist at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner

Hong Kong law firm Deacons has welcomed Mark Stevens to partnership at its office in Hong Kong, where it now has 55 partners.

With over three decades of experience, Stevens advises on inbound and outbound M&A, joint venture, private equity, logistics, trading, sourcing, retail, fast-moving consumer goods, real estate, hospitality, e-commerce, publishing, and natural resources.

His clients include listed and private entities, private equity funds, public utilities, and statutory bodies.

Until recently, Stevens was a corporate specialist at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner. He has also worked with Mayer Brown (formerly Mayer Brown JSM) for almost 19 years. Thereafter, he joined the pre-merger Berwin Leighton Paisner and Eversheds Sutherland in the UK.
