CleverTap has announced the appointment of Prateek G as Director & Head Legal, strengthening its in-house legal team.
Prateek is an in-house counsel with 16 years of extensive experience across the media & entertainment, IT, and services sectors. He specialises in deal structuring, contract drafting and negotiations, licensing, infringement matters, and litigation.
An alumnus of Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar, Prateek G has held several senior legal positions in prominent organisations. Prior to joining CleverTap, he was Associate Head Legal at Perfetti Van Melle, and has previously worked with MX Player, Viacom18, HCL, and Asian Paints.
Throughout his career, Prateek G has managed complex contracts, advised on corporate transactions, provided guidance on intellectual property and data privacy matters, and handled high-stakes litigation and regulatory issues. He has also contributed to internal training programs and legal compliance initiatives.
