Norton Rose Fulbright has hired corporate lawyer Rajiv Khanna as a partner to bolster its cross-border transactions team at the New York office.
Khanna's practice will focus on M&A deals and special purpose acquisition company work. He advises clients in the tech and life sciences sectors on cross-border M&A, securities offerings, corporate finance matters, project finance, and real estate.
On his association, Jeff Cody, the managing partner at NRF, remarked, "Khanna is a fantastic lawyer with an impressive experience advising clients on complex cross-border deals.
