Ritesh Kanodia rejoins Economic Laws Practice as a Partner

Ritesh Kanodia has rejoined the Mumbai-based law firm Economic Laws Practice as a Partner in the Tax and Customs practices.

The move comes after a gap of 10 years. In the interim, he was a Partner at Dhruva Vox and Dhruva Advisors LLP.

On his return, Suhail Nathani, the Managing Partner at ELP said, "We are delighted to welcome Kanodia back to the firm. His return will further strengthen our offerings to our clients and consolidate ELP's position as a leading firm in the country.

Kanodia is a 2009 graduate of the Gopaldas Advani Law College. He completed his Chartered Accountancy from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

With over 17 years of experience, he began his career with Deloitte and then moved to Economic Laws Practice, where he worked for over six years. Later he joined as a Partner at Dhruva Vox and Dhruva Advisors.

Kanodia holds expertise in indirect tax advisory, litigation, and advocacy. He also has immense experience with Foreign Trade Policy matters, including customs laws and regulations and export control matters.

Having worked with leading domestic and multinational companies across sectors, Kanodia currently also serves as the Co-Chairman of ASSOCHAM's Indirect Tax Committee.
