Ritu Bhalla has joined as head of dispute resolution practice at Atlas Law Partners, a boutique transaction advisory firm started in 2016. It has 30 lawyers with offices in Delhi, Gurgaon, and a satellite office in Bangalore.

Bhalla has over three decades of experience in handling a wide range of matters in corporate, commercial, civil, and cross-border disputes, public administrative judicial review, insolvency-related disputes, and shareholder disputes. She is also an expert in domestic and international commercial arbitration disputes relating to banking and finance, infrastructure litigation, and white-collar crimes.

For over two-and-a-half decades, she served as a senior partner and co-chair of the dispute resolution practice at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas.

Welcoming Bhalla on board, Harry Chawla, the managing partner at Atlas Law Partners said, "She is one of India's most well-established and reputed lawyers.
