The prominent full-service Indian law firm, S&A Law Offices, has acquired Ahmedabad-based boutique disputes firm U&L Partners, strengthening its dispute resolution capabilities and expanding its presence in western India. The founders of U&L Partners, Nilesh P Udernani and Gaurav K Lakhwani, will join S&A Law Offices as Partners leading the firm’s Ahmedabad office, along with their 12-member team, bringing deep regional insight and a robust disputes practice to the firm.

Both bring extensive experience in civil and criminal disputes, IBC matters, intellectual property, real estate, and corporate transactions advisory.
