Saga Legal appoints Neeraj Vyas as Partner in Bengaluru

He has earlier held senior positions at leading organizations including Samvad Partners and Indus Law

Neeraj Vyas has joined Saga Legal as a partner to diversify its general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and banking and finance practices.

With over a decade of experience, Vyas has represented clients across diverse industries. His expertise includes transaction advisory in guiding startups, early-stage enterprises, and late-stage investors through various stages of investment deals, including facilitating investors' exits from portfolio companies.
