He was serving as a partner at White and Brief Advocates & Solicitors

Manu Varghese has joined Samvād Partners as a partner in the general corporate practice at the firm's Mumbai office. He will focus on mergers & acquisitions and private equity – his specialized fields.

Varghese is also an expert in joint ventures and business transfers. Having over 15 years of experience, he has worked with clients from sectors including e-commerce, retail, cement, financial services, equipment manufacturing, renewable energy, and information technology.
