Sidley appoints Juan Delgado and Axel Miranda for Global M&A and Private Equity Practice
Sidley has appointed Juan Delgado as a Global M&A and Private Equity partner in Miami. Prior to joining Sidley, Mr. Delgadowas a corporate partner at Morrison & Foerster LLP.
Additionally, Sidley has also appointed Axel Miranda as a Managing Associate who will also be joining from Morrison & Foerster LLP in the Global M&A and Private Equity Practice.
Mr. Delgado advises domestic and international corporate clients on a wide range of mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and financing transactions. He also regularly represents private equity sponsors in venture and growth equity investments. His practise is focused on Latin America and cross-border.
