SNG & Partners Announces Promotions Across Leadership Positions

SNG & Partners has announced its annual round of promotions across various designations, including key elevations to senior leadership roles. Anju Gandhi has been promoted as Senior Partner (Head of Banking & Finance), and Sadhav Mishra has been elevated as Senior Partner (Head of Real Estate). In addition, Aditya Vikram Dua has been appointed as Head of Financial Services, while Samreen Paloba has been promoted to Partner, and Nishtha Arora to Associate Partner. The firm also announced several mid-level promotions at the Principal Associate and Senior Associate levels.

Anju Gandhi, as Senior Partner and Head of Banking & Finance, advises banks and NBFCs on comprehensive legal setups including product documentation, HR, policy review, IT arrangements, and commercial contracts. She also specializes in fintech, private client practice, industrial laws, and ESG advisory.

Sadhav Mishra, elevated as Senior Partner and Head of Real Estate, leads the firm’s real estate advisory practice. His expertise spans land acquisition, conveyancing, leasing, regulatory compliance, RERA, MOFA, SRA, MHADA, and structuring project acquisitions across sectors such as logistics, warehousing, and renewable energy. With over 20 years of pan-India experience, he has represented developers, lenders, real estate funds, NBFCs, and corporates.

Aditya Vikram Dua, now Head of Financial Services, has over a decade of experience handling banking and finance matters including strategic investments, debt and equity capital markets, M&A, restructuring, and joint ventures. He has advised leading Indian and multinational banks and institutions on complex financing transactions, including real estate, acquisition, capex, and ECBs.

Samreen Paloba, promoted to Partner, specializes in real estate laws and has led transactions related to real estate financing, acquisitions, leasing, conveyancing, and structuring.

With these appointments, the total count of Partners and Associate Partners at the firm now stands at 30.
