Stratage Law Partners has opened its new office in the southern metropolis of Bengaluru with the addition of Anisha Shroff as a Partner.

The establishment of its fresh Bengaluru office will facilitate enhanced client service in Southern India for Stratage Law Partners, a firm that has been experiencing rapid expansion in recent times.

A graduate of the Symbiosis Law School, Pune in 2007, Shroff obtained her LLM from the Columbia Law School in 2012.

With more than 13 years of professional experience, Shroff specialises in Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity & Venture Capital transactions, and General Corporate matters.

Her expertise also extends to Commercial litigation and dispute resolution. She is licensed to practice in both India and New York, USA, and has provided counsel to clients spanning diverse business sectors such as technology, healthcare, and manufacturing.

Before becoming part of Stratage Law Partners, Shroff spent more than eight years at SAMVĀD: Partners, during which she served as a Partner for three years.
