Tripti Vini is a law graduate from the University of Delhi (Class of 2003). She is an avid traveller, reader, and mentor to budding legal professionals. Tripti brings with her over two decades of diverse legal experience, having held leadership roles across sectors such as online media and entertainment, telecom, software and technology, and e-commerce. Her impressive journey includes in-house counsel positions at Reliance BIG Entertainment, Aircel Limited, and Tech Mahindra, and General Counsel roles at ShopClues and Cars24.

She began her legal career at the Supreme Court of India, later joining TPM Solicitors, where she worked on anti-dumping and countervailing duty matters—a highly specialized area of international trade law.

Tripti is also a recognized e-commerce law expert, having built policy and compliance frameworks from the ground up for two successful startups—ShopClues and Cars24. Known for her innovative problem-solving abilities and out-of-the-box thinking, she has successfully handled investor relations, fundraising, debt ventures, governance, and compliance frameworks in her previous roles.

In her new role, Tripti will lead key areas including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property. Her extensive experience and strategic acumen are sure to elevate SK Attorney’s corporate law offerings.

A passionate leader, she has managed large legal teams, mentored young talent, and is admired in her professional circles for her forward-thinking ideas.

Tripti is also the Founder and Managing Partner of Vini&Roy LLP, an all-women law firm specializing in niche corporate practices.

• Awarded “General Counsel of the Year” by the Bar Council of India in 2019.
