He is presently serving as Global General Counsel at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories
Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) has announced the appointment of Vivek Mittal as Executive Director – Legal and Corporate Affairs.
He succeeds Dev Bajpai, who announced an early retirement in October. Mittal will join the management committee on 25 March.
Presently serving as Global General Counsel at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, he has over 25 years of legal and corporate experience.
Mittal held leadership roles at companies including Danaher Corporation, Lupin, Reliance, Radico Khaitan, India Bulls Group, Caparo India Operations and Mount Shivalik Industries.
With his expertise, Mittal will strengthen HUL’s legal and corporate strategy, driving governance and compliance for the leading FMCG powerhouse.
