Wadia Ghandy & Co has elevated partner Shabnum Kajiji as a joint managing partner of the firm.
Kajiji specializes in securitization and structured finance. She represents leading banks and financial institutions and corporate organizations raising finance.

Kajiji obtained her B.A. and LL.B. degrees at Mumbai University and was admitted to the Bar in 2001.
