Ashurst hires Simon Rahimzada to expand its Middle East corporate practice

For 15 years, he has worked in the Gulf Cooperation Council with clients on some of the largest M&A and PE transactions in the region

Ashurst, a global law firm and trusted adviser to corporates, has announced the appointment of Simon Rahimzada as a partner in the corporate practice, based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Simon has over 20 years of experience advising clients on cross-border M&A, PE, and joint venture transactions. He also guides on initial public offerings and other capital market transactions. His particular focus lies in infrastructure, healthcare, telecommunications, tech, and energy industries.
