The leading law firm in India, Khaitan & Co advised Rajadhiraja Limited (Creador VI L.P.) in its approximately USD 56 million acquisition of an 11.8% stake in IKF Finance Limited from Accion Digital Transformation Fund, L.P. (Accion) and Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America (TIAA).

The scope of work included:

• (a) Conducting a legal due diligence on IKF Finance Limited; and
• (b) Deal structuring, negotiation, and finalisation of the transaction documents, along with the closing of the transaction.
