Lojayne Shaheen brings extensive experience in dispute resolution and international arbitration, developed through her professional career across Europe, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia. She joins Ontier from Freshfields, where she worked in the firm’s Riyadh office, gaining in-depth expertise in the Saudi legal landscape and international business dynamics in the region. Her appointment is expected to play a pivotal role in advancing Ontier’s Middle East strategy, led by Kamal Khashoggi.
At Ontier, Lojayne Shaheen will work closely with Kamal Khashoggi to jointly lead the firm’s regional strategy in Saudi Arabia and support the development of a long-term presence in the Middle East. She will also contribute to the growth of Ontier’s International Arbitration practice, led by Mercedes Romero, in collaboration with the firm’s London office under Claire Morel de Westgaver.
