WongPartnership Bolsters Ranks with Seven New Partner Promotions and China Practice Hire

Singapore-based law firm WongPartnership has announced the promotion of seven new partners, effective as of 1st January 2023.

WongPartnership's newly elected partners are Clayton Chong, who specialises in Restructuring & Insolvency and Special Situations Advisory, Gavin Neo, an expert in Specialist & Private Client Disputes, Hannah Lee, who focuses on Commercial & Corporate Disputes, Ho Soon Keong, whose area of specialisation is Debt Capital Markets, Lim Jia Ying and Ling Pei Lih, both experienced in Mergers & Acquisitions, and Ong Kuan Chung, who specialises in Equity Capital Markets.

WongPartnership has also welcomed Low Wee Siong to its China Practice as a new partner. With a specialisation in mergers and acquisitions, Siong brings a wealth of experience having acted for both offerors and target companies on takeovers, as well as for issuers, sponsors, underwriters, and subscribers on equity and debt capital markets transactions.

Siong is also a Singapore Chartered Accountant and has served as a financial adviser on capital markets transactions and corporate finance advisory matters.
